The holiday season is here and it is time for family and friends to gather and end off another year. Here are some important dates regarding orders placed in December 2023 and January 2024.Â
Important cut-off dates for Christmas gifts
For "Made on Order" items - 27 November 2023
For "Ready to Ship" items - 18 December 2023
We are shipping until Thursday, 21 December, and items shipped on Thursday will be sent with overnight service. Please note that during this time of the year there could be slight delays with courier services due to increased parcel traffic.Â
Our courier service does not operate on public holidays or weekends, if in doubt, get in touch with us and we can give you an estimated delivery date for your purchase.Â

In-store shopping
Our Somerset West store is trading and will be closed on the following dates -Â

Online shopping
Our online store remains open throughout and we will be processing and sending out orders as usual. Our "Ready to Ship" collections are all in-stock items that will ship normally.Â
Workshop
Our workshop is taking their annual break from 20 December 2023 until 8 January 2024.Â
Made on Order Items
Many of our items are made on order in your choice of metal and, or ring size. Order received for "Made on Order" items from 10 December 2023 will only be completed after 4 January 2024.Â
Gold production restarts on 4 January 2024 and silver production restarts on 17 January 2024.
Most of our metal and stones suppliers are also taking a break over the Christmas season and only reopen from the 8th January 2024.
Before ordering, get in touch with us via the chat feature on the store (bottom left corner) or via our WhatsApp number. Our customer support is online until 8pm daily throughout the holiday season. We will be happy to assist and give estimated dates for completion of Made on Order items.Â
